Runner at Second. Third Back Bunt Defense

With a runner on second, this video demonstrates our Third-Back Bunt Defense — a system designed to protect against power hitters and speed on the bases.
In this alignment, both the third baseman and shortstop stay home to guard against the steal, the slash, and the hard-hit ball to the left side.
The pitcher becomes responsible for bunts on the left side of the infield, while the first baseman handles bunts to the right.
The middle infielders rotate smoothly — the second baseman covers first, and the shortstop covers second on all bunt reads.
Outfielders move in for backup, and the catcher commands the entire play.
A disciplined rotation built on timing, communication, and structure.
